TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email from info@dynaxdetailing.co.uk within 48 hours.

2. Payment Information

Full payment is due immediately upon completion. Dynax Detailing Company accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash. 

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, Dynax Detailing Company require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phone 07449 711396 or email info@dynaxdetailing.co.uk.

4. Vehicle Assessment

Prior to any work commencing on the day of your booking, Dynax Detailing Company will carry out a full aesthetic vehicle assessment. The vehicle assessment form must be signed by the owner of the vehicle or the person who has been given consent to sign the vehicle assessment form on behalf of the owner.  

If we identify any noticeable general body damage, such as a scratch, dent or scuff, during the vehicle assessment this will be presented to you.  At this point, it is your responsibility to ensure you agree with the vehicle assessment. If you are not completely satisfied with the vehicle assessment, you should not sign the vehicle assessment form and raise any concerns immediately, prior to the work commencing. ​

5. Working Environment

For Dynax Detailing Company to be able to work effectively, we require a minimum of 3-4 ft space around the vehicle which is situated off-street. Should this not be possible, we may not be able to carry out the service requested. 

If you are concerned about the space available or location for Dynax Detailing Company to work around your vehicle, please ensure this is raised prior to confirming your booking by phone 07449 711396 or email info@dynaxdetailing.co.uk. Failure to do so could compromise your booking. Dynax Detailing Company reserve the right to refuse working on your vehicle if there is not sufficient space to do so. 

6. Weather Conditions

As a mobile detailing and valeting company, the weather can impact our ability to fulfil confirmed bookings. Dynax Detailing Company reserve the right to postpone a confirmed booking if the weather conditions prevent a satisfactory service being completed. We endeavour to fulfil your booking at the earliest possible date agreed between Dynax Detailing Company and yourself.

7. Dynax Care Plan

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Dynax Care Plan valet, Dynax Detailing Company require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phone 07449 711396 or email info@dynaxdetailing.co.uk. If you are unable to reschedule your valet within the agreed timeframe of your Dynax Care Plan, additional charges will apply due to the extra time required to revert the car back to the standard initially set.

 

If you have had a busy month with your car and it is excessively dirtier than usual, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to our next agreed booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges as extra time may be needed to complete the service.

9. Covid-19: Service Update

Dynax Detailing Company continues to deliver our detailing and valeting services during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, where possible to do so, whilst adhering to the Government's guidelines. Learn more.
